EVAM
Evam is a Sanskrit word meaning "thus" or "such." This dog tag is a reminder to let go of self-identification and ego-clinging and instead learn to open and relate to things "as they are."
"Evam" is often used in the opening lines that preface the sutras (the canonical scriptures recording the oral teachings of the Buddha): "Thus it is said, Thus it has been taught," etc. So seeing the inscription Evam helps us remember to turn our thoughts to the Dharma and apply what we have learned.
The dog tag represents our attachment to identity - with self or otherwise. It's something that tags me as me, with vital information that identifies and confirms our uniqueness, our special me-ness. Instead, If we can learn to decentralize from our solid sense of me-ness, my-ness, thing-ness, and come to understand suchness as our true nature - the "identity of non-identity" - then it's guaranteed that the world will blossom before us and we'll find ourselves sleeping better at night.
